Overall Fit:Ture to sizeThis dress is amazingly cute, we get dozens of compliments every time we wear it. It does NOT come with a petticoat or hoopskirt, which without one means it will not have the 'poofy look' ( we already have a hoopskirt so it was no problem). This dress is just amazing, comfortable, and so very stylish. Honestly it is a five star dress
