It is very good, just like other petticoats I have. The lace bit at the bottom is so nice: if it peeks out the bottom of the dress it still looks cute. I used the size chart but it was a bit small. Still fits ok but it was a bit difficult to get it over my butt. I would get one size bigger. I'm a small-medium size in Canada and I ordered a large here.

I got my pannier in much latter then I would have liked, but when I got to actually look at it, I was more then happy with the product. It was actually pure white, and it had the right amount of poof, to make my Lolita dress get the bell shape. It fit perfectly too!

This petticoat is my dream! It makes all my dresses very poofy and perfectly shaped. I think it makes more of a bell-shape too. I would recommend this to ALL lolitas trying to find a good, but not pricy petticoat
