As a tall, broad-shouldered woman (176 cm, 85 kg), I found it very difficult to find a Victorian dress without hiring a tailor! This dress fits as described on the website and is of good quality (polyester, but it looks decent) and even lined. I highly recommend getting a black hoop skirt from your bridal shop and, even if the dress fits well, wearing a light corset underneath – it creates a better silhouette even without heavy lacing. The dress is so long that even with the hoop skirt, it was a bit too long. I will have it pinned and shortened/hemmed by a few centimeters. The waist is adjusted at the back with lacing and is quite flexible. A helper is necessary, though. The dress had only a slight new-product smell, which will disappear after hanging it up. Hand washing is recommended! Overall, I also appreciate how accurately the measurements are listed on this website and how quickly the package arrived! Keep up the good work!
