Return Policy

1. Eligible Products for Returns

Most products can be returned within 14 days of delivery, except for custom-made, or special items as restricted by your local laws. Return conditions vary by product category and reason for return. See details below:

2. Return Requirements

All returns must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging with tags and security seals intact.

Returns missing original packaging, price tags, or seals will be rejected.

Returns beyond 14 days are not accepted unless required by local consumer laws.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers cover return shipping costs unless the return is due to a quality defect.

4. How to Return an Item

Please note we do not provide return labels. You must ship the product back to our designated warehouse. If the product included a free gift, the gift must be returned as well.

Return Process:

Before shipping, contact customer service to obtain authorization and the correct return address.

Important: Do not use the address on your original shipping label.

Initiate your return by:

  • Clicking "Confirm Receipt" to acknowledge delivery

  • Submitting supporting photos/evidence

Our team will review within policy guidelines:

  • Original shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable (unless required by law)

  • Upon approval, you have 7 days to ship the item back and provide tracking number

  • Failure to meet these timelines will automatically close your return request

After Return:

  • You are responsible for tracking return shipment

  • Contact us after successful return to process refund

  • All returns are inspected upon arrival:

  • Must meet all return requirements

  • Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Free-shipping orders will have original shipping cost deducted

We May Reject Returns For:
✓ Worn, altered, washed or damaged items
✓ Unauthorized returns (without prior approval)
✓ Bulk orders with multiple sizes/styles
✓ Failed deliveries due to incorrect address/refusal

The following are NOT considered defects:

  • Loose threads, minor fraying, fabric thickness/texture variations, or color differences due to monitor settings.

  • Returns due to dissatisfaction with style, color, or personal preference.

  • Damage from use, washing, improper care, self-repairs, alterations, or other human factors.

  • Size-related returns (check the size chart before ordering—our team only provides recommendations).

  • Minor measurement differences due to design variations (refer to actual product measurements).

5. Damaged/Defective/Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item:

  • Request return via "My Orders" or contact us directly

  • Must be reported within 14 days of delivery

  • After 14 days, we may be unable to assist

6. Exchange Policy

We offer one-time exchanges for size/style issues when:
✓ Item is unworn, unwashed with tags/packaging intact
✓ Only one exchange per item permitted
✓ Buyer covers both return and reshipping costs
